Grace Lutheran School is an incredible blessing to me as an individual and to my family. As a teacher, I cherish my freedom to integrate Scripture into the academic learning that takes place. To teach students to view knowledge through the eyes of faith is an awesome experience and gift. Even more important are the bonds that we develop as we grow together and study God's Word. Through the school, my family has been blessed to nurture faith, reinforce family values, and provide a solid academic education to all four of our boys.

This is currently my 15th year with the school. I teach religion, science, and social studies in our departmentalized 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. I am a Minnesota native and a graduate of Concordia University, St. Paul. I have an elementary education degree as well as a secondary education degree with a major in Life Science. I enjoy learning and plan on adding a middle school social studies endorsement to my credentials in the future.
